Can I bring my existing leads and buyer list in?
Yes. LotLine supports CSV imports for both seller leads and buyer lists, including buy-box criteria. Most operators have their workspace populated with their existing pipeline on day one of onboarding.
How does buyer access work?
Each deal room is invite-only with tiered access — Teaser, Registered, Approved, Proof-of-Funds Approved, NDA Signed, and Assignment Stage. Buyers see only the rooms they're invited to, and only the information their access level unlocks. You can promote or revoke a buyer at any time.
How long does onboarding take?
Founder Cloud and Growth Cloud workspaces are typically configured and live within a few business days. Team Cloud and Private Deployment take a bit longer because we set up workflows, custom fields, and team permissions to match how you actually operate.
Does LotLine replace an attorney, broker, escrow officer, or title company?
No — and it's not intended to. LotLine organizes the workflow and documents around a deal. Legal, brokerage, title, escrow, and compliance matters still require the appropriate licensed professionals in your state.
